U.S., Canadian, and International Regional Studies is a field of study that examines the distinct cultural and geographical communities that make up the United States, Canada, and other countries. Students majoring in regional studies can take advantage of affiliated institutes within the Faculty of Arts and Sciences to pursue in-depth research into the history and culture of a certain region of the world. Studies of the South, the Appalachians, New England, the Southwestern United States, and the North are all included.
