Nursing Science
Registered nurses participate in multidisciplinary teams to promote optimal health for individuals of all ages, walks of life, and cultural identities. Graduates of the Bachelor of Science in Nursing Science program fit out with the knowledge and skills necessary to practice as generalist nurses in various healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics, and community health centers. Undergraduate programs are structured to offer students theoretical and research-based clinical experiences that incorporate critical thinking, compassion, and caring behaviors to develop clinical skills. In addition, students who earn a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Science are qualified to sit for the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX). Prerequisites are obliged before enrolling in the majority of major courses. The displayed program is a recommended workflow that considers all necessary steps. The vast majority of mandatory courses occur annually and in a strict order. You must be enrolled full-time to receive credit.
