JOB INFORMATION
The Guidehouse Internship Program staffs interns on real world projects, showcasing the Guidehouse culture, and providing them with a meaningful consulting experience. Interns work with teams and provide real time deliverables in support of the clients. Each Intern is paired with a Buddy to serve as a resource that can assist them in navigating their Guidehouse experience.
Highlights Of Our Internship Program Include
10-week experience in the Summer of 2023 (Anticipated to start Monday, June 5th and run until Friday, August 11th)
Learning & Development Sessions (both E-learning & Instructor Lead)
Mid-Point and Final Evaluations
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Intern Event
Networking & Social Activities and Events
Intern Speaker Series
Collaborative Group Projects
Interns, as a member of a project team, may assist with business analysis and design of industry-based methodologies, help to develop innovative solutions to address business initiatives and problem statements; data compilation, analysis and evaluation; and aid the team with research, report creation, and quality control of all deliverables. Individuals will assist in all client engagement functions, ranging from coordination of project logistics to conducting key analytics and co-presenting key findings to internal leadership and stakeholders.

What You Will Need
Minimum Years of Experience: 0 years
Degree Status: Bachelor's Degree, Master’s Degree, or Doctoral degree (Must still be enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program in Fall of 2022 and graduate by Summer of 2024)
Would not require sponsorship now or anytime in the future to work in the United States; Students possessing F-1 or J-1 visas are excluded from interview schedules or being hired for this position.
What Would Be Nice To Have
BA, BS, MPH, MHA, MBA, PhD or MS-BA and the following degree concentrations are preferred: Economics, Engineering, Healthcare Policy, Human Biology, Business Administration or similar
Knowledge of SAS Business Analytics software and/or Microsoft SQL Server, a plus
GPA of 3.2 or better
Graduating with an undergraduate or graduate degree between December 2022 and June 2023
Passion for solving the most complex challenges facing the U.S. healthcare industry
Superior written and oral communication skills
Excellent quantitative analysis skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
Ability to translate data into graphic or visual representations
Ability to travel or work overtime as required
The annual salary range for this position is $37,400.00-$67,300.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
