Every organisation prioritises security, whether it's preventing theft or being prepared for crises. Many people believe that security managers are the difference between being safe and being sorry. Security managers ensure the safety of an organization's personnel, facilities, and assets. They evaluate risks and develop procedures to avert hazards like as fires, bomb threats, medical issues, and intrusions. These security personnel assess building layouts in order to plan for evacuation, hiding during a crisis, and detaining or apprehending offenders. If security is violated in any workplace, whether it's a bank or a mall, security managers are in responsible of locating and correcting the problem. One of their primary responsibilities is to develop security systems that track activities and place safeguards at building entrances, exits, and other critical places. This proactive thinking and planning protects both people and property. Many security managers have a bachelor's degree in criminal justice, security management, or a closely related subject. Some employers prefer people with police or military experience. A driver's licence and industry-specific security training are advantageous.
