One of the most essential aspects of a structure that you cannot see is its ability to withstand a fire. Fire-prevention and protection engineers are brought in before building construction begins. They know what causes flames, how they spread, and how to put them out quickly. They can assist construct fire resistance by understanding how fire moves. 

While some engineers may have firsthand experience combating fires, all engineers must complete courses in college or vocational school to become qualified in this sector. Inspections at structures and construction sites necessitate travel. These engineers advise builders and architects on the materials and systems to employ to achieve fire safety regulations.
